Active Health Screening ensures that all of it's staff hold a current DBS certificate. All staff are trained in Adult Safeguarding; Infection Prevention & Control; Hand Hygiene; Clinical Governance and Adult Basic Life Support/AED use.

Active Health Screening offers a Health Screening service with the aim of identifying health risks and assisting our clients to make life style changes to improve their long term physical and mental health and wellbeing. For some clients, we may recommend Cardiac screening. We aim to provide as much clinical information from any of our Cardiac diagnostic tests however, we do not diagnose and will therefore not be held responsible for any mis-diagnosis. This is outside of our professional scope of practice.

Any clinical diagnostic concerns shall be provided in writing (in your emailed report) and will suggest referral to either your GP or Cardiologist for further investigation. This may include MRI or Ultrasound imaging provided by our partners Vista Health.

Blood tests are taken at our sites by trained staff, following ANTT procedures. All blood samples that are sent to pathology for analysis are via our partners and the accuracy of these tests is governed by their own registration and regulation authority. Active Health Screening does not accept any liability for these tests. Any complaints or concerns shall be forwarded to the partner company. We shall provide our full assistance and co-operation with any complaints.

If clients have any concerns or feedback that they would like to express, we encourage them to either speak to staff at the time of face to face assessment or contact us at ask@activehs.org. We deal with all contact of this nature in a open and transparent way, aiming to resolve all concerns within a timely manner.
